Your editing is not the problem.

Non-native video editors charge less than native ones for the same work.

It's not because your editing is worse. It's because you can't communicate under pressure.
 

You don't know how to frame your value. You don't know how to push back when a client lowballs you. And when you try, your English falls apart.

So you settle. You take the rate. You tell yourself it's fine. Every month, the money you're leaving on the table gets bigger.

You haven't done anything about it because there was nothing to do. Sales coaches don't teach English. English teachers don't teach sales. That changes today.
